There is better out there, but get what u pay for!
I have only done the prenatal part of the DVD so far and I'm not overly impressed, although it was a short and the sequences were very gentle which is good for people late in pregnancy like me - there was no mention of what you can or cannot do if you are suffering from any pregnancy-related ailments such as the pelvic disorder I have, or carpul tunnel syndrome for example. I only know that I should avoid certain positions due to another prenatal yoga DVD I bought by Tara Lee which is very good and does warn you to not enter some positions if you have any conditions.
I would say, if you have no pregnancy related ailments this would be a nice gentle dvd, otherwise go for Tara Lee! That dvd also has alot of extras like visualisations, shorter workouts and breathing techniques which this Element DVD does not even mention. Its price-related I guess, get what you pay for!
