Received watch and discovered actual watch is measuring smaller than what was listed (missing a few links). Reached out to seller and seller eventually got back to me and offered to send me the missing links at no cost. Seller could’ve easily disregarded this but attempted several times to get back to me which I really appreciate.

Beware this seller. Item listed for sale was not the same item in their description or in their photos. It was in pretty bad condition, not “perfect, professionally framed” and not the same dimensions or even in hangable condition when it arrived. I contacted them within the hour of receipt to give them a chance to make it right, it was obviously misrepresented. They never responded. Ebay dropped the ball in their “investigation”. I would not do business with them.
