Works great with the Xeon E3-1245
Even though the E3-1245 processor isn't clearly stated as supported in the manufacturers website. It still functions perfectly and even better than I was expecting.

Great LGA775 mATX motherboard for overclocking and gamers on a budget.
After getting the motherboard to post at base settings. I was able to push my Core 2 Quad Q9650 stock 3GHz to 3.6GHz overclocked and stable with only 0.04V additional voltage increase to the Vcore. I also have my ram Overclocked to 1000MHz and its base frequency is 800MHz. With the PCIe x16 slot being gen 2, it allows me to definitely get some extra gaming life out of my old hardware.
