Total piece of garbage. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Nice pedals, lighter than they look
I like these pedals, the beefy outer platform looks a little clunky, but it creates a little protective buffer between the cleat/clip and, say, big rocks. And they look heavy, but they're not (it's all relative, obviously they're not carbon).

Good Quality
1 of 1 found this helpful Exceeds expectations. Simple to set up. Simple resistance adjustment (cannot be adjusted when riding-----just use your gears, dude).
I have my road bike on it, with a smooth back tire, so not much noise, even if you are going really fast (some noise, but nothing too bad). The rear wheel is suspended about a half inch above the ground.
I wouldn't put a mountain bike on it unless it has a smooth back tire---a knobby tire is going to be really noisy, duhhhhhh---your rear wheel will also be up in the air a little more than a road bike---also, it won't fit a 29er, so don't plan on that---seems optimally designed for a road bike.
I have the whole bike and stand sitting on a heavy duty carpet that I'm not concerned about ---- I expect it to get scuffed up. You don't need any kind of tray or stand for your front wheel - it just rests on the ground and the whole thing is pretty stable (unless you have balance issues or something---hold on to the handlebars!)......good for a winter workout!
