Amazing AV system, very happy with it

I wanted a homecinema to watch the erupcup final with friends, but it should be good for further use, so I got a very nice 55" tv some harman kardon speakers and this Onkyo unit. Couldn't be happier. I'm by no means an expert, and after a month I'm still learning the many sound posibilities the TX-NR717 has to offer. But its very user friendly and was actually using it comfortably the same day it arrived. It upscales my nintendo's image so it can be seen 3D, the PC image gets a lot better through it than if connected straight to the TV. The clarity of sound when watching a movie or a sports event makes you feel you're in the stadium, I love it! The option of wiring a 2nd set of speakers is not yet used, but now I'm about to wire things to have music out in the terrace. The only con would be that it has so many features, that the learning curve for the un-initiated can be quite big, other than that I still have found no reason to complain. I would definitely reccomend this and would in a blink buy it again!

Enthralling huge world, I love it

I just started and am loving the freedom of it all, graphics are nice and so far I've just run around enjoying the feel of it (have only just started yesterday) I like how you must learn yourself and how everithing interacts, but it's real life common sense! If you're a Zelda fan it's a must!
