Easy way to control TV from all rooms

So, I have Comcast Xfinity X1. I figured out I can run my main TV off the HDMI from my Xfinity box and then run from the Coaxial out to my splitter that feeds all my other TV's. This gives me TV on all the TV's in my house. Albeit they are all on the same channel, but it's great!. With these remotes, I can control each TV in each room as well as use the voice command and Guide. It's awesome. I finally feel like I am cheating Comcast instead of feeling cheated.

Good thermostat - Easy to setup

This uses a C-Wire for power. I did not have a C wire on my old thermostat, but there was extra wires. I opened up my furnace panel and saw which wire was for the C and hooked it up. I then hooked it up to this new thermostat and was good to go. Easy to hook up. Easy to program. The only caveat. It appears to show temperatures higher than whet the actual temp is. Then, it won't turn on the furnace for a while and then when it does, it runs for a while. My old thermostat would turn on the furnace more regularly. I don't know if this is a design of the new thermostat or not. Next months heating bill will tell me.
