Extra charges after receiving phone.
7 of 11 found this helpful The phone worked fine until about 1 month later, it stopped receiving a charge. I had to have it looked at and they found that 2 silver plates that hold the connections in place within the phone were missing. I had to get the charger port replaced and the silver plates. It. It's me an extra $75.
