    I purchased a book that was listed as “like new”condition. I received the book and it had yellow splattered staining all along the book edges, which were not disclosed in the listing. While the seller approved the return, she sent me condescending messages after refunding me. She said I was embarrassed about the return and insinuated I was ridiculous. She also stated she was approving the return because she was “kind.” Definitely, the rudest seller I’ve ever dealt with on eBay.

    This book was listed under “no returns” because the profit I made from the transaction was 1.50. This workbook had no writing or markings in it. However, when she complained, I sent her a 5.00 shipping label and gave her a full refund. I lost 13.00 on this transaction trying to make her happy. I did ask her some questions to make her think about being more thoughtful to eBay sellers in the future. I don’t appreciate being bullied and care about her not continuing this behavior to other sellers.
