Easy to read!!;

This is an awesome cookbook, full of variety of different Asian dishes. BUT I would like to point out, it is not the best for a beginner to Asian cuisine, as there's a lot of ingredients and techniques not familiar to a newbie. I will definitely keep this book and come back when I've learned a little more!!!
