Came broken, but I fixed it!
1 of 2 found this helpful Product came with jammed buttons and the up strum didn't work. I was close to returning the item, but did not want to spend more in total shipping costs than I did for the guitar itself. So I decided to take it apart and fix it. Strumming in both directions now works great and I am able to play more difficult songs. Now just need to figure out the buttons...
