Berninas are the best!
This is my third 1260 and they are glorious machines. Smooth, powerful, easy to use and an absolute workhorse. I'd recommend this to anybody at any skill level.

the little Dalek that could
This little number will send you rocketing into outer space before you can say EXTERMINATE! We call it the Dalek because of the spots on the shaft. It will seem appropriate once you've tried it, I promise. The bulbous end is a great handle which gives you lots of leverage, no matter how much lube you like to use. The swirls and spots give it some texture, but not so much that you feel like you're actually being probed by aliens. (Not that I know what that's really like, mind you!) It's about 8" long and of a good girth. If you're feeling really adventurous, you can use the bulb end instead.
It cleans easily with soap and hot water.
