The BEST Vegan Cookbook!
1 of 1 found this helpful I am vegetarian and thought it would be easier to find a nice vegan cookbook over a vegetarian one. I did a bunch of research and found this book on many Top 10 lists and decided to try it out. Boy was I happy with this purchase! Within the last week, I have tried 5 recipes from here and they have all been amazing. I love that the recipes range from simple and basics to more advanced recipes, using some of the simpler ones. I have already been recommending this to all my friends and my omnivore boyfriend has been loving everything so far! There are so many more recipes that have piqued my interest that I can't wait to try out! If you're on the fence, try it yourself!
