Professional Volvo technician and shop owner, semi-retired after 40 years to the Mojave Desert. Now I hunt down deals at closeout, surplus, and liquidation sales to offer great products at very competitive prices. I'll gladly combine shipping wherever practical, and my policy is to rebate excess shipping after checkout when Ebay's automatic shipping calculator estimates high.

    Great item, but somehow arrived with a small dent in the trim. Was packed ok, so not sure how this happened. No fault from seller.

    Sorry the item arrived slightly damaged. International shipments get opened for inspection at an Ebay shipping hub, sometimes again for customs, then consolidated together for bulk shipping to the destination country. In the future, I'll be sure to package such shipments extra well to help minimize damage risk during these extra steps.

    I don't treat shipping as a profit center, so my buyers can expect a rebate when Ebay's automated shipping calculator goes overboard, which happens quite a bit. Thanks again for your purchase!
