Doesn't fit in 4U
These rails with the Rosewill chassis they are supposed to go with don't fit in 4U like they are supposed to. Rosewill doesn't seem to be very accurate in regards to fit. The rails don't even lock for installing the chassis.

Item is likely a new pull not NIB
The box that comes with it is not the original box (just a generic cardboard box) and it doesn't even include the backplate so I'm not sure how it is new in box.
