    Excellent customer service! I ordered 2 Genesis controllers and, unfortunately upon arrival both were not fully functional. Seller made amends for it by generously refunding the original mishap order, and went above and beyond, sending another working controller.     I'm sincerely sorry for the error, I must have mixed up an As-is lot or something, I'm not sure how but it was my mistake. Maybe I was being too hasty or something when packing things up, but I do take care and I'm sincere in the stuff I offer and value buyer satisfaction; this isn't a business account just a collector who puts up finds. I have refunded your order 100% including shipping costs, you may keep them to sell as-is yourself or whatever, again I am very sorry for the mistake. - Aaron

    There was a problem with this item but the seller was really helpful and gave me a full refund. He was really quick to respond, he even sent me a mailing label for the return wich would have covered the cost of the postage. Also the refund was processed quickly.
