This album's insert comes with a great deal of information about the meaning behind the lyrics and even a synopsis of the writing process on each song, which is one of the most detailed efforts in a booklet I've ever seen through over a thousand albums. Aptly, the music itself possesses as much a focus on development as well with intricate melodies entwined with a sinister method within a dark atmosphere much like an artistic horror soundtrack. Featuring the lead singer of Shade Empire, those familiar with Juha Harju's style and craft will be more than satisfied. While the content doesn't have the sheer weight of his other band's works, it appeals to more of an aesthetic side and trades a cinematic aspect for a more theatrical approach. Lyrical themes draws from a combination of quantum physics and dreams in a narrative from cover to cover regarding loss and discovery.
