Good product - worst retailer
1 of 1 found this helpful Product arrived damaged. Myer was absolutely unhelpful in arranging return. Spent almost AUD 50 in taxi fares, visited two stores of Myer to return the item. Just to recover AUD 199, had to spent AUD 50.
Useless customer support. Learning - avoid Myer online even if it's discounted because if the product arrive damaged, you will hardly find customer care reading your complaints. If they read, hardly they understand.
