    The seller shipped multiple items in a single large box without any protective packaging to prevent damage. As a result, the luggage rack arrived damaged and unusable. Despite several attempts to communicate directly with the seller, I only received a response after initiating a return case where the seller offered a refund of less than half the original purchase price. Overall, I am very disappointed with the terrible job packaing, lack of communication and very poor customer service.

    This is not true sir. You said you wanted them all shipped together and you requested this. You wanted a discount and nI gave you a major discount. I lost money on this, and u still went and leave negative feedback about it. even though you got discounted on the items and I even give you a refund on half . So please think about this before you try to negatively damage someone's professional reputation.
