Does an efficient job quietly
2 of 2 found this helpful This shredder does the job as well as similar machines I've used previously. It feeds well and it's easy to examine the cutters if needed and adjust the plate.
The idea of being able to fit the shredder into the catchment bin, for storage is a great idea. Though having to do/undo three screws under the base to take the shredder off the stand is a bit of a hassle. Some sort of clipping mechanism on top would be handier.
Branches and sticks are not a problem and it does palm fronds well, though you need to make sure you don't choke it with too many leaves.
