nice but heavy
It protects well, breathes well (after you cut out the holes), bends well when warm, but is very heavy. You can also easily cut it to any shape you want/need. Careful not to bend it too much because it will break. I have several of them, 2 serving as intended in different jackets, and another that I cut up to make hip pads for my pants.
