A must read for anyone suffering from back pain!
Wish I had come across this book before I underwent two surgeries and countless hours of physical therapy. Even so, the research and information covered in it is helping me to improve my outcome with my own efforts to strengthen my core (in the manner recommended by Stuart McGill) and to not continue to give in to the despair that can attend chronic pain.

Easy to apply with great results
1 of 1 found this helpful All eyelid strips really help with the hooded-eye sag that comes with age or genetics by creating a firmer eyelid next to the crease between brow and eyelid. This product has the advantage of being able to wear it on TOP of your eye shadow! Many other products require a clean eyelid and will not accept eyeshadow well.
The way this one is applied with a gel allows a little more time to scoot it around to find the right position for your eye shape so you don't waste any if you get it wrong on the first try. It has tiny, imperceptible perforations to allow the skin to breathe and is truly hypoallergenic (I am allergic to most adhesives and this one doesn't trouble me).
I measure these at 7/8ths inches wide which is a good length for most eyes. There is another brand of this style that dominates the market but it is longer, which may not fit every eyelid, and it is far more expensive. If you use these daily one box will get you through a month plus.
The only drawback is that these strips will not stay on through a shower or if you clean your eyelids (some of the ones that stick directly to the bare skin can stay on if you are careful about scrubbing that area).
These arrive in a plastic bag rather than a box so I store them in a travel soap container with the little jar of the gel for quick access in my morning routine.
