Very pleased it's gorgeous
Do a rolling boil for 3 mins, this apparently activates the pectins in the special sugar and hey presto, you have special home made low calorie Jam
Don't need a jam pan just a large sauce pan
All you need to make these 6 Jars of strawberry jam, is 1kilo of strawberries and the
juice of a lemon and that's it, nothing else, I can't believe it. It's gorgeous.
