Little work horse - but for small cameras
This is a fantastic little tripod - easy to travel with. Simple to use, simple to put away and very easy to attach/detach a camera.
I do have one caveat however - and that is to not overload it. I had the misfortune to have put a Nikon D750 upon this tripod with a 28-300 mm lens. The entire kit was probably pushing 3.5-4 lbs or more.
I had this set up doing a time lapse project by the beach. A small wave came by and jarred the table slightly - and the entire kit rolled over and into the ocean - a $4000 kit was killed in a matter of 2 seconds.
The moral of the story here is that, this would never have happened had I given thought to the weight vs the foot print of the tripod. As a result, I don't blame Manfroto - I blame myself for not thinking better about the top heavy nature of that set up. For a smaller set up, such as a phone or small point & shoot, this would be great.
Even though I lost the D750, I still like this little tripod to travel with... I just need to be more careful in the future.

Good product, but not for the faint of heart
The quality of this product was fine. Great in fact. However. The technical skill needed to install it was anything but trivial. You must be a super technician to install this smoothly. I’ve been taking apart and reconstructing computers for 30 years - and this was the hardest install I’ve ever done - by far.
