  Seller sent fake/counterfeit Rothys. When I received the shoes and realized they were fakes, I requested a return and refund. Seller refused, saying returns were not accepted. Had to have eBay step in to resolve.

  I didn't realize they were fakes, neither did the buyer until she googled them. I offered her $40 back and to keep them items but she wasn't satisfied with it. Ended up giving a full refund and losing money on the deal.
