  Ad stated: "Seat cover has some wear, but no rips or tears." Seat arrived with 1" tear in seat cover, front right side. No damage to box, and shipper had seat entirely padded in thick foam, so this was not shipping damage. Nothing else in the box with the seat that could have caused the damage. Not a purchase I would have made had the item been accurately described.

  I wish that you would have reached out to me prior to leaving negative feedback. The photos I posted in the ad do not show a 1" tear on the right front side, nor do I remember there being a tear. Please send me a photo of the damaged area and I will address your concerns.
