    If you have an LXD you NEED this book
    As an owner of a computer and telescope store, it is my great pleasure to recommend this book. If you have a Meade LXD 55 or 75 series telescope and you always wanted to know what made it 'tick' than this book is for you. It explains how to use you scope like a pro and even explains how to fix the problems inherent in the early models. If you really want to keep you scope functional for decades than this book will assist you in that. It is almost like having a factory rep with you. You will even learn how to maintain and improve the R.A. and Dec motors. With the advice in this book you can actually improve your scope mount to the level of an LX 200 series mount.
