  Not pleased. Item was not as described and seller was being difficult about covering return shipping costs. Part looked white. Came silver. Said in description it's black. Then seller was trying to have me pay for return shipping. It was obviously their fault but they resisted to cover return shipping. Had to open case.

  I agree that there was a mistake in the listing which was later found to be the case. This could have been handled better on the buyers end by confirming the color before purchase. I took responsibility for the mistake.
