New Jensen VX5228 Apple CarPlay 6.2'' touchscreen Bluetooth Mechless Receiver

Software issue

My neighbor and I both bought Jensen VX5228 at the same time and we both installed in a Gen 3 Toyota 4Runner. After about a month both our radios completely died. When I pulled the radio and checked the fuse (which was ok) it worked again. IMO there is a software issue with these units and by disconnecting bit from the power it resets.
