  This is the worst experience I had with someone on eBay . This guy was nothing but rude and asking me to take a 3.50 refund was a slap in the face . Bought a brand new pop he ordered on funko . He got it in and never looked at the box and still shipped it to me and it had some damage . Thank god for eBay they were great and I got a refund . If you can never buy from this guy . Also shipping was a week later than what he said as well.

  Never talked in an unprofessional/rude tone, buyer notified me about a factory defect. I offered 10% off ($3.50), never being forceful. The client received what they purchased, as described. The client also was threatening on many occasions about eBay, as if the eBay support team was a weapon. Please note that (1) factory scuff/defect is out of my control completely. Shipping was labeled as "ASAP" and "when received", UPS had delays due to high volumes.
