Vampire Realty Show - What We Do In The Shadows
Image different types of vampires sharing a house in Long Island, all set in their ways, extremely old, and out of touch with the modern human world. Now make it funny and you have What We Do In The Shadows.
For fans of the vampire genre, What We Do In The Shadows the main artery of comedic blood! The characters clash with their human familiars, other vampires, and a just-as-inept pack of werewolves. Much of the humor is watching our vampires awkwardly interact with mundane human existence. The special effects are surprisingly good - seriously, the wire work alone is better than that in the last Star Wars film - and our vampires' usage of them is a hoot and a half.
I loved the original movie and the series continues to expand the What We Do In The Shadows universe. The more familiar you are with vampire films and literature, the more references you'll catch. You even get a crash course in psychic vampires vs emotional vampires and may even recognize them as people you know. And guest stars - wait until you see the guest stars! Now I can't wait for Season 2!

Sweet Hippo Goddess
1 of 1 found this helpful I got it for my daughter-in-law for her baby shower since Taweret is the Goddess of Childbirth and protects women and their babies during labor. Aside from that, the statue is a beautiful shade of blue and very aesthetic. Lately, with Fiona the baby hippo in the news, hippos have become very popular.
