  I have tried to get this seller to help me getting this device resolved. But they refused to refund me. Or even try to fix this issue with this phone it says unlocked in the listing. But my carrier will not accept that return. This negative is because they are fighting with me on the matter of just giving me a return for a device I did put money into as it is a 4-year-old.
