Super high power supply. A must if you have a HP 8300 with any cards installed. If not, it will just beep at you on boot.

The quality and function of the charger is poor

Getting good contact to charge the batteries is difficult. Don't even try to close the cover/lid while charging, contact with the batteries is lost. The charging LED's are too dim to be seen.
