Item wasn't shipped and seller issued a partial refund even though the item was never shipped

First, the buyer asked for a refund because he thought he was getting the knife for $4.00 and did not read the product description, which clearly says "Thumb Stud Only!!". Second, I did give him a partial refund IMMEDIATELY as requested. Third, I could not give a full refund until the shipping charges were refunded from USPS. Now eBay has put a hold on my funds because of this pinhead's mistake. Be careful if you deal with this nimrod.
