Brand new item failed quality test
I bought the item sold as brand new. The next day was told it failed a quality test. I asked, twice, why something sold as brand new needed to be opened and quality tested. No explanation. It is not a good customer experience to invest time identifying what to buy and who to buy it from, then to lose some trust in what ‘brand new’ means.
