Tried ordering one of the 10 other styles that were still on sale and the told me they could not send. No idea which is the deceptive statement - dispatched? Tracking number? Faulty item? Still selling supposed faulty item? Suddenly different styles are not available? Refund given without having to go to eBay but this is poor customer service

The EMPTY bag was successfully delivered yesterday. The flimsy plastic bag in which it was sent had a hole in it where the contents had slipped out and was lost. For this reason I can't leave any feedback.
