  Ordered, marked dispatched, given tracking number… after some days I received a cancellation message saying they could not send due to faulty item. Tried ordering one of the 10 other styles that were still on sale and the told me they could not send. No idea which is the deceptive statement - dispatched? Tracking number? Faulty item? Still selling supposed faulty item? Suddenly different styles are not available? Refund given without having to go to eBay but this is poor customer service
