Quality switch that doesn't light up

The lighted switch doesnt light!...very very dim you cannot tell its lighted..I'm checking to see if there is an issue with the fact that the lights are LED, or if the switches are wired correctly in the first place. The lights turn off and on ok, and the Legrand switch is a high quality switch so don't get me wrong on those points. But if you are looknig for a lighted switch I dont think so.
