Have contacted seller. Poor packaging meant lid was damaged, but still usable. Not hinged lid as advertised. Low cost packaging. Sent seller photographs of the tin. Wouldn't buy from that seller again as seller appears more concerned with low overheads on packaging than customer satisfaction from a great delivery.

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER…Item arrived damaged due to the way seller saw fit to package item. Customer service appalling and non existent. Would not refund and asked me to choose something else from their shop to the value of my order. An absolutely disgustingly AWFUL service. It’s people like this that RUINS eBay! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
