  Before buying the item at stated price, I had placed an offer on the item. Seller never responded to the offer within the allotted time. I was compelled to buy the item for the full price in order to prevent the seller from accepting a higher offer. After paying, I waited too long for the item to be shipped. Seller claims he doesn't look at his email every day. This is no way to conduct a transaction. But Ebay should be monitoring these "lapses". I complained about this in an earlier review
