Product was open box, not at as it was described.
Product was open box when it was described as a new. I put a note in the sales order to not put tape on the cartridge boxes and I spent 40 minutes removing the tape from four cartridges, I had them sold so I could not send them back. Not a good way to do business.

Looks like a counterfit
You have to plug it in just right to get power. Asked for a replacement, but still have the same problem.
