It is a scrunched hat, lies flat when not on; does not stand up like picture shows. You have to put it on to make it "stand up" It is pretty enough when on and I like it for just running around in the cold, but not really dressy as it looks. worth the price, but you get what you pay for.

Pretty Bauble

I am enjoying the necklace. Very pretty. Very good value for the price. It is what it is--a pretty bauble. That's not a bad thing, people buy them everyday. Easy on the wallet--pretty to look at. Glad I bought it.
