A must for Moroccan cooking
Made my first meal in my tangine, with the brazier and it came out great. The photo shows my chicken with preserved lemon and olives after ten minutes, after another 50 minutes it smelled so good we ate it before we even thought of taking a picture.

fabulous book for young adults
This book is a wonderful young adult novel, about moving from one social group to another. The main character sees the good and bad in both social groups. It is told with love and honesty.
