Go to the casino instead !

Couldn't get the CD to open no matter what I tried so I googled the company and found out it went out of business in 2011 (almost 10 years ago) and was bought out at that time. It seems that its too old and outdated for the operating system to open and therefore cannot run the setup. Its probably better to get a newer style wall plug-in extender, unless you have an older computer that will open the CD but that's the chance you'll take.
