Right tools for the job!
Those tools are easy to use although need some trick to loosen old crank.
My one was binding up so much so had to hit with soft hammer and crc to get off.
If you are not sure hoq to uae, plenty of videos available on youtube and that's what I did.
Delivery was really quick!

Not suitable for decent MTB
It's well designed.
However I found some structure issue.
-Hardware missing washers
-Poor welding job
-There is no holes to keep the rack secure with a pin provided when it's folded down
-Too much play between bracket and carrier, Should have nylon bushing in between to avoid metals rubbing each other
-The widths of saddle is too narrow for most of decent MTB frames, My bike has square tubes and won't fit well, I also received new style saddle and this one is better fit but the strap came with it is too short!(why?)
Although welding job is not pretty also a bit wobbly but it's solid build and I don't think it's gonna fall off whilst you are drivig.
It is suitable for road bikes but won't recommend for trail/downhill bikes with thick frames.
