Park Tool PTS-1 Tire Seater

Works as intended but pricey if you're just a bike enthusiast and don't own a shop

Well if you need to seat a stubborn tire it'll get the job done with a little patience, but for the price it's just a large channel lock plier with two pieces of metal welded to the ends.. If it was 40-ish bucks it would be better value maybe.
