I had to chase-up for dispatch details several days after purchase. Item dispatched using a courier company whose mantra is "cheaper than AusPost" so I was not expecting a quick delivery. Item received intact & well packed but, on opening, it was missing a vital part, without which, the whole kit was defunct. Multiple attempts to contact vendor, thro' eBay, with no answer. Eventually sought reimbursement through eBay which was received promptly, thank you. Still no communication from vendor?!
