  The turbo was shipped on time by the seller but got lost in the fed ex system and arrived two weeks late. I had to source another part somewhere else because of how late it was. I reached out to fed ex but only the shipper can make a claim through them. The seller offered zero compensation or assistance in the matter. Because they weren’t willing to help with FedEx is the reason for the neutral feedback and not negative. The part was as described.
