    Quick release plate 7 x 8,3 x 1cm (1/4 ") for Manfrott RC2
    03 August 2017
Good but wrtong hex key supplied
The QR plate appears neat and well made and comes with a 3mm hex key for the screw. However the machined screw supplied is actually an American "Imperial" screw which needs a 1/8" hex key (Allen key) which is the exact equivalent of 3.175mm - so on first use the screw can not be done up as it 'slips' in the screw head. Just be aware you will need to source the right hex key. Time spent sorting this out is why I drop the star rating from 4 to 3.
AcuRite 77004EM Pro Accuracy Indoor Temperature and Humidity Monitor

    A neat piece of kit.
Excellent little meter. Becomes fascinating watching the shifting humidity... (sounds sad but honestly not!). A neat piece of kit, well priced.
Sigma 17-70 F/2.8-4 DC HSM OS MACRO Lens for Canon
    03 August 2017
    Another great lens from Sigma!
This is a superb 'go to' lens for general street (and landscape) photography. As I have an APS-C (crop sensor) camera I was not getting on with my 16-35mm Canon 'L' lens (which is intended for full size sensors cameras). I feared that the Sigma would not match up to the Canon's image quality but I could not have been more wrong as the Sigma produces excellent results time and again. Only a small 'con' is that the lens is somewhat subject to lens 'creep' and has no lock to prevent it. I'm very happy with it!!
