this seller is my dream of a merchant. ralph lauren belt shipped like a ralph lauren belt should be shipped, beautifully. the belt is a runway belt, in perfect condition, in other words picture perfect as the seller had great photos and the goods matched the photos. the belt was not inexpensive and it was way below retail. it looks great with the outfit i bought it for. this experience was so good that i bought more belts and all have made me happy. i have found a great seller. Seller provides excellent customer service. I had a problem with the Sleep Number pillow shipped to me and within hours the seller promptly sent me a replacement by FedEx. I received the replacement yesterday and it is in excellent condition. 5 stars to seller for so quickly resolving this issue. Thank you!

This seller is beyond responsive, helpful
and professional. I received the belt today having several questions about it. Within 30 minutes I had a response with answers as well as an offer to return the belt if not 100% satisfied. It’s refreshing to work with a seller who is committed to the purchaser’s satisfaction. I’ll be shopping here often. Thank you

Good value, however, I found the description misleading. The item was listed as “NWOT” (New Without Tags) but it arrived in obviously “used” condition, including a stained cover. After reporting this to the seller I was advised that the item was in fact a “floor sample.” Technically the item is not “pre-owned,” since it had not been purchased by anyone. But it was definitely not “new,” and who knows how many people had touched, handled, breathed on, etc. the item when it was a “sample.”
