The packaging for this part was horrible and the part was damaged in shipping. Tried to contact seller about the issue and kept getting the run around on getting the part replaced. Tried multiple ways to send pictures of the package and the damage and each time they denied getting the pictures even though I could send the pictures to any other email just fine. This seller will gladly take your money but makes it a big deal to make it right to refund or replace a damaged part.

Ich hab mehrmals den Verkäufer kontaktiert aber immer die gleiche Antwort bekommen. Hab alles detailliert erklärt und es geht nix voran. Den Stellmotor hab ich bekommen aber der war gebraucht (komplett ölig in zwei alten Tüten eingepackt) und funktioniert nicht. Also nix wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. 4 Stunden Arbeitszeit für testen gebraucht für Nix.

To be honest the shipping was very fast but for the customer service is very harassing for a positive review before you can open your package not everyone can install the day they get it I just hope they stand by their products and stay harassing when you need them to be when you have a problem with their products.
